Shanell and So Zu Be discuss the importance of boundary setting and self-care in order to heal from generational traumas and to create a path towards discovering one's true identity and purpose. The conversation is a reminder that Black women can and will continue to grow, thrive, and heal through difficult times and reach their highest potential..

The conversation between the two people revolves around the idea of a mindset shift and letting things flow. They both express that they can relate to feeling anxious and overwhelmed, but that they have to remind themselves to stay calm and go with the flow. They also talk about how they are both experiencing a mental and emotional shift which is helping them to go with the flow and take things as they come. They both agree that the mindset shift is very real and that they can actually feel it happening. They also discuss how they have to tell themselves to chill and stay relaxed in order to be successful. The conversation ends with them agreeing that the mindset shift is very real and that they can feel it happening.

The two are talking about how they have recently found peace and have been focusing on expanding that and allowing themselves to consistently be at peace. They feel that they are the best version of themselves that they have ever seen, and are excited for the potential for further growth. They have been focusing on letting go of things to get to this point, and are looking forward to what the future holds.

Millennials are leading the way in breaking societal norms and challenging the status quo. The generation before them had been on autopilot and unaware of the trauma they had been through, but the current generation is determined to not continue that cycle. They are aware of the generational curses they have inherited and are determined to break them. This means creating space for themselves and their peers, as well as providing privilege and opportunity to their children that they may not have had. This is a difficult task, but one that millennials are up for in order to create a better future for their families and the generations to come.
